Decomposing Vetiver used as a mulch, improves soil quality, keeps the weeds down and the insects away as it is a natural insect repellent. It is in the same family as Lemon Grass, which we also carry.
Vetiver also is a nutritious and replenishable animal feed. Horses, cattle, and pigs love it.

Transport Crisis- Carriers reject the first proposal of the Government to the new law on transport: {Translation}
– The freight department of the National Road Transport Committee (CNTC), the body that brings together companies in the sector with the government, has rejected the first proposal of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda for the new Transport Chain Act.
– After analysing the draft, the CNTC has expressed an “unfavourable” opinion, considering that it represents “a step backwards” in terms of the terms that both parties had been developing until now during the negotiations.
– For this reason, the representatives of the main employers’ associations of transport companies will ask the government for an alternative wording that insists on the basic principles that have been defended throughout this negotiation period.

Escrivá and the self-employed associations agree on a minimum contribution of 230 euros and a maximum of 500 euros for 2023: {Translation, summary}

El Valdés (Moclinejo, Malaga) celebrates this weekend the festivities in honour of Santiago and Our Lady of Lourdes: {Translation}
– The programme of the fiestas which will start on Friday 22nd July at 9.30am with the reveille floreada with rocket fire. “While the evening arrives, we have prepared activities for the children and for our elders. There will be a tribute lunch for the elderly and we will also elect the Queen and the King. Inflation in Europe shoots up to 9.6% in June, with Spain at 10.2% in June!:
– Prices continue to run wild throughout Europe. The inflation rate for the month of June has shot up to 9.6% in the European Union (EU), more than one point above that of May, and up to 8.6% in the countries of the eurozone, half a point more. Mac Attack Comes From the Cloud!- Cybersecurity researchers have taken the wraps off a previously undocumented spyware targeting the Apple macOS operating system: The malware, codenamed CloudMensis by Slovak cybersecurity firm ESET, is said to exclusively use public cloud storage services such as pCloud, Yandex Disk, and Dropbox for receiving attacker commands and exfiltrating files. “Its capabilities clearly show that the intent of its operators is to gather information from the victims’ Macs by exfiltrating documents, keystrokes, and screen captures,” ESET researcher Marc-Etienne M. Fake Review Mafia- Amazon sues admins of 10,000 Facebook groups for promoting fake reviews: {Translation, summary}
– Amazon has filed legal action against the administrators of more than 10,000 Facebook groups, which it accuses of coordinating and promoting the publication of false reviews in exchange for money or free products. Amazon has announced that these groups are acting from their corresponding Fakebook regional websites, both in the United States and in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan.
